6 Months; Time for your own room (or is it?)

The Lullaby Trusts advice is to keep your baby in the same room as you when they are asleep day and night for the first 6 months of their life. This is the minimum age.

Some parents worry about this day because they don’t feel ready to move their 6 month old into a different room. They may think they have to because everyone else is and it’s somehow best for everyone.

The right time is when you are ready. If you need help and advice with this transition let me know.
