My downloadable sleep guides are filled with practical advice, useful tweaks, and expert guidance to help you and your family get some better sleep. Each guide offers customized solutions and actionable steps to improve the sleep habits and sleep hygiene of your little one. I understand that your sleep challenges can be complex and frustrating, which is why my guides are honest, helpful and go beyond the basics, digging deep into the root causes of sleep disturbances and offer meaningful, science-backed solutions. No matter the sleep challenge, my guides are here to help you and your little one achieve a better night's rest. I am a certified sleep coach and have used not only my knowledge and experience of qualifying and working as a full time sleep coach but also I have used my experience as a nanny, maternity nurse and Mummy to my own two little ones and embedded it in my guides.
My Suggested Schedules
When I work with a family, I tailor my approach to that family and I produce a bespoke plan just for them. I believe this is the best way to get the best sleep for your family. I am fully aware this is not affordable to every family who needs it. I have therefore written “Suggested Schedules” to be able to help more families that need some guidance towards their little one’s schedule for the day.
My “Suggested Schedules” are based on age and can be tweaked to suit your little one’s sleep needs. These schedules are just a guide however they have proven very successful and helpful whilst coaching families so far.
