What is a Sleep Coach?
A good sleep coach gets to know your parenting style and your child’s temperament. They will analyse your current routine and schedule and listen to your goals. Strategies will be introduced and tweaks will be made to achieve your goals and get you and your little one better sleep, your way.
Why choose a Sleep Coach?
A good sleep coach may change your life – it’s as simple as that. I will identify what changes you need to make, give you a bespoke plan that is tailored to your little one. I will support you to make these changes, encourage you and give you the confidence you may need. Every baby is different and so is every parent.
Will you ask me to use “cry it out”?
No. I do not encourage you to let your baby “cry it out” I do not use this method in any of my strategies when sleep coaching. There are so many other ways to work on your little ones sleep and you are part of that decision making process. There may of course be some crying- after all you are changing the way your baby falls asleep but it is that you do respond to them that is important to me.
Do you guarantee results?
Whilst I can not offer a guarantee, I firmly believe that if you commit to my advice and guidance and you remain consistent, then you will see the improvements that can make a positive difference to your whole family. Please check my testimonials page to see previous clients experiences.
How long will it take?
It depends on many aspects. The age and temperament of your little one, the sleep challenge, the consistency, the strategy we have chosen to use and any regressions, illness or teething that come up. I always suggest we pause working together if your little one is poorly or is uncomfortable with teething.
Is it just you who will be helping and supporting me?
Yes, it is just me, therefore you will always get a personal and bespoke approach including 1:1 support from me,
