Surviving a bad sleep day…

Try not to think of it as a big deal! Sometimes over thinking and assuming what might happen just contributes to us becoming more anxious and stressed. Accept it and remember tomorrow is a new day.

Don’t blame yourself. Even if you did everything “right” and like you normally would, your baby sometimes has other ideas.

Baby sleep is difficult and it’s so normal to feel overwhelmed and sometimes even let it consume you. You’ve already survived all your worst days. Keep going ❤️
